Financial Policy

Dr. Stewart and his team seek to deliver the finest and most comprehensive and comfortable periodontal and dental implant services available today. In order to assist you with the investment in your dental health, we are happy to outline our financial policy.

Emergency/Single-Visit Payments

For single-visit or emergency procedures, payment is due in full at the time of service. For your convenience we accept cash, checks, money orders, and credit card payment (MasterCard, Visa, and Discover).  We will be happy to submit any insurance claim on your behalf so that you may receive maximum reimbursement.

Initial Periodontal/Implant Examination and Consultation Visit

When you schedule an initial examination and consultation appointment, we will inform you of the fee for this visit including the possibility of diagnostic films.  Payment for this initial visit is due at the time of the appointment.  We will be happy to submit any insurance claim on you behalf so that you may be reimbursed for this appointment.  Once a treatment plan has been established, a listing of the recommended procedures with fees will be given you in writing.  These fees will be guaranteed for 90 days.  At that time, any financial arrangement or insurance concerns will be addressed.

Financial Arrangements for Complex Surgical Care

We understand that the investment in complex periodontal and implant surgical care can be a challenge for many patients.  We will be glad to discuss options for payment of your needed care.  We will try our best to make financial arrangements which will allow you to afford the care that you need.  For extended payment plans, we offer Care Credit, a dental/medical credit card account available to qualified patients.  Kelly or Samantha are happy to help you and answer any questions in this regard.
