Scheduling

We look forward to seeing you! Our office is open to schedule appointments Monday through Thursday from 8:00 AM until 5:00 PM and Friday from 7:00 AM until 2:00 PM.  Please call Kelly or Samantha to make you initial visit appointment.  We will schedule your appointment as promptly as possible. You may complete your registration form and submit it online by clicking on the "Patient Registration" tab under "Patient Information" in the above menu.  Please allow approximately 90 minutes for your initial visit. If you have an emergency situation, every attempt will be made to see you that day.

We try to stay on schedule to minimize waiting at the time of your appointment. Referral of emergency patients  and other unforeseen events can cause delays to the schedule, and your understanding and patience are very much appreciated.
